James Cropper, a global market leader in advanced materials, luxury packaging and creative papers, has appointed Richard Bracewell as Managing Director, Paper Products; responsible for its Creative Papers and Luxury Packaging sectors.
Renowned for its tailor-made expertise in colour, unique sustainable fibre technology and disruptive packaging solutions, Richard will be driving the strategic growth for the Paper Products division. Bringing together the Group’s established Speciality Paper business with Colourform, the award-winning moulded pulp innovation.
Richard has most recently served as the Business Transformation Lead for Speciality Paper, where he has been instrumental in repositioning the organisation to ensure long-term differentiation and market competitiveness.
Richard brings a wealth of experience from both within and outside the organisation, having held senior leadership positions at Shell before joining James Cropper as Marketing Director for the Speciality Paper Business in 2017. With a proven track record of driving business growth and transformation, Richard's expertise will be vital in furthering the company's success.
