
Omni-Pac Group UK, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of moulded fibre packaging products, has launched its new manufacturing facility boosting production capacity and unlocking its potential to double turnover to £40million per annum.
The 60,000sq. ft site, based on the Normanby Enterprise Park in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, is it’s third facility in the UK, with two other sites based in Flixborough, also in North Lincolnshire.
The new facility will enable Omni-Pac Group UK to expand its production capabilities using the latest conventional pulp fibre moulding and pressing equipment to create a high quality, environmentally friendly alternative to plastic packaging.
Omni-Pac Group UKs facilities include full design, tooling and manufacturing departments, meaning that it can produce bespoke packaging designed to meet its customers’ needs.
Omni-Pac already supplies large contracts across a number of specialist industries across the UK, including the medical, horticulture and food sectors, offering its customers a range of strong and resilient packaging solutions designed for a full life cycle.
The construction and subsequent opening of the new site reaffirms Omni-Pac Group UK’s ongoing commitment to the North Lincolnshire area, with the facility and its associated operations bringing over 100 new jobs to the area over the next 3-5 years.

The new development sees Omni-Pac Group UK add further weight to the Humber regions status as a hub for renewable and environmentally innovative industry, offering as it does a comprehensive range of packaging solutions made entirely from 100% recycled materials, ensuring that it contributes towards reducing waste and promoting recycling.
