This major step accelerates the acceptance of tubes as a viable component in the HDPE bottle recycling waste stream. Brands can also combine the mono-material caps with responsible sleeves such as GreenleafTM - which has been recognized as recycling-ready by Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) and RecyClass.
PCR tubes range made in America Albéa Tubes is also continuing to develop its PCR platform. On the booth, visitors will discover a large offer of PCR tubes for all beauty and personal care applications. The tubes are using mechanical and chemical recycling content and provide different percentages of PCR – from 30% to 100% depending on the blend to better match the brand’s needs. The platform has options in both extruded and laminate tubes.
