Prodec - Xolertic Group, transformed the packaging of liquid products into a highly efficient and flexible process. Their packaging technology, known for its adaptability, has enabled flexible doypack filled with liquids, with a smooth surface handling. This innovation resulted in a packaging speed of up to 300 units per minute, achieved through specially designed suction cups for efficient performance of 98%.
Effytec addressed the optimization of tobacco product packaging with the aim of meeting the high market demands for quality and handling. This packaging design process included the implementation of a zipper-type closure, material approvals, and product property preservation.
Meanwhile, Antonio Mengibar S.A., developed an all-in-one filling and capping unit with comprehensive protection for corrosive products, especially designed for corrosive products such as highly foaming bleaches and detergents. This innovative solution significantly improved efficiency and versatility in the packaging process.
