COLINES®’ POLYCAST® lines for CPP film production are going from strength to strength, being the benchmark, thanks to the innovative virtual production assistant MASTERMIND®, which allows for a fully automated production process.
The modular-layout system of our POLYCAST® lines (enjoy the video of the line HERE) ensures the chance to have a quick delivery while still allowing to customize and optimize them for specific production needs.
Therefore, COLINES® offers two POLYCAST® 2600 mm width CPP lines with quick delivery, which are equipped with the following features:
- MASTERMIND® virtual production assistant (VPA) including AUTOMAPPING® (Auto die mapping function: 180 seconds job changeover to final gauge) and complete process automation.
- CLOEREN REFLEX touchless extrusion die – no human touch.
- FLEXIWIND® independent revolver winder.
- Different coextrusion platforms (from 7 layers).
- Proprietary technology chill-roll unit equipped with 2 or 3 cylinders.
- Production of CPP and CPE multilayer film available.
- Complete robot for reels handling.
- LIVE Control MES Industry 4.0 ready.
