BIXOLON Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of BIXOLON, the global manufacturer of advanced receipt, label and mobile printers, announces it has had a positive year of growth against the backdrop of a challenging global economy. To enable this success, the business launched several new products and collaborations; was awarded the world number one mobile receipt printer manufacturer from the independent research company Chunichisha Co., Ltd.; it made strategic hires to support the business and customers; and it re-launched its Unite Partner Programme. All of which demonstrates BIXOLON’s commitment to customers, international expansion and industry innovation.
BIXOLON Europe Team Expansion
This year, the sales team has introduced, Joanna Latkowska and Paris Kapenis for BIXOLON’s CEE territories (Central and Eastern Europe). Neil Baker joined the Northern European team and Jesus Lacalle joined the Southern European team. Jeremie Brocas joins the French team and Dominik Pratz forms part of the German team. In addition, Giulia Tassone has been added to BIXOLON’s Marketing Team, and Neil Sully and Omar Hassanein have joined the Technical department.
Product Launches and CollaborationsBIXOLON has been at the forefront of product innovation in 2023. It has made several major product launches and collaborations throughout the year. These include the latest generation SRP-350V and SRP-350plusV POS printers, which support Koehler Paper's environmentally friendly Blue4est® Thermal Paper and white paper. Alongside the enhanced SRP-330III thermal POS Printer, plus the SPP-C200 and SPP-C300 latest low-cost Mobile Receipt Printers. Across the board, these printers are playing key roles across a range of industries to improve processes and communications with customers. These include retail, hospitality, restaurants, warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.
The Unite Partner Programme Has Been Relaunched
The BIXOLON Unite Partner Programme has been successfully relaunched this year with additional benefits too. Exclusively tailored for the VAR (Value Added Reseller) and Software Integrator community across various vertical market segments in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) industry, this enhanced programme focuses on situations where desktop and tabletop label printing is required, taking BIXOLON’s partners to the next level and provides a more robust and rewarding experience.
Partner ActivitiesWorking in collaboration with partners throughout 2023, BIXOLON enjoyed meeting new and existing customers at roadshows, conferences, showcases and more across Europe. BIXOLON also held its annual Partner Awards event in Dusseldorf, Germany, presented by Mr Brian Roh, CEO of BIXOLON Ltd, to celebrate each partner's achievements, dedication, and commitment to BIXOLON. In addition to this, BIXOLON also hosted its annual Technical Training Event in Amsterdam, where several partners from across Europe joined together for an insightful hands-on technical training session on its best-selling POS and Mobile printing range.
BIXOLON Exhibitions 2023 – Embracing the Busy, Enjoying the Fulfilment!Throughout 2023, BIXOLON has participated in several industry exhibitions across Europe. These have included EuroShop, Internorga, LogiMAT and SOTI Sync in Germany, SiTL, Paris Retail Week and Trustech in France, the Retail Technology Show in the UK, LabelExpo in Belgium, Parcel and Post Expo in the Netherlands and Logistics & Automation in Spain. 2024 promises to be dynamic and exciting with event attendance too – with a key focus at EuroCIS, the leading trade exhibition for retail in Dusseldorf, Germany, during 27-29 February 2024.
