Healthy kids’ food brand, Little Dish, is set to relaunch its eight delicious, veg-packed children’s meals on 6th February 2023.
The pioneers of fresh food for kids have worked with talented chefs and experts in children’s nutrition and feeding to ensure the new meals are nutritionally balanced for little ones, contain just the right textures, and taste as good as homemade. The updated recipes have up to six different veggies in each meal with exciting new vegetables blended into the mashed potato and sauces, plus ‘made from scratch’ curry pastes to boost flavour.
Every Little Dish meal contains at least one of a child’s recommended 5-a-day, is low in salt and uses 100% natural ingredients. The award-winning range includes delicious pasta dishes, nutritious curries and warming mash-topped pies.
Little Dish has upgraded its packaging to be more sustainable. The new and improved ‘Little Dish’ is made from 85% wood fibre and is 100% recyclable.
Charlotte Stirling-Reed, the Baby & Child Nutritionist, says:
“Little Dish have really worked on the textures in these updated recipes to ensure they help little ones develop those all-important eating skills. They also help to introduce young children to a wider variety of veggies – up to six different types in each meal – so they can learn to recognise and love their veg even more.
Little Dish Fish Pie is my go-to meal for Raffy and Ada when we’ve had a busy day out and I need to get a meal on the table quickly that I know they’ll both love.”
