Daniel Bruzzese joins UNITED CAPS as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing 25 years of international experience in injection moulding, product development and industrialisation.
UNITED CAPS has announced the appointment of Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 18, 2026, as part of the company’s continued organisational development and long-term growth strategy.
The appointment comes as UNITED CAPS continues to expand internationally and further strengthen its growth strategy in response to increasing market complexity, higher customer expectations and the accelerating need for innovation and industrial performance.
Within the new organisational structure, several key technical and innovation-related functions, including R&D, industrialisation, mould expertise, automation & engineering, and NPD project management, will be brought together under Bruzzese’s leadership, further strengthening UNITED CAPS’ technical capabilities and innovation focus across the company.
This development also clarifies UNITED CAPS’ organisation around two key leadership areas: Manufacturing, led by Olivier Jaillot as Chief Manufacturing Officer, and Technology, led by Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer, bringing together key innovation, industrialisation, mould expertise and engineering-related activities under a strengthened technological leadership structure.
“As UNITED CAPS continues to evolve and further strengthen its long-term growth ambitions, it is essential that we reinforce the way we combine operational excellence, technical expertise and innovation across the company,” commented Benoît Henckes, CEO of UNITED CAPS. “Daniel’s international experience and strong technical background will support us in accelerating innovation, reinforcing our industrial capabilities and continuing to develop high-value solutions for customers operating in an increasingly demanding and complex market environment.”
Bruzzese brings extensive international experience to the role, with 25 years in the automotive industry and strong expertise in injection moulding, product development, industrialisation and the management of complex projects.
Throughout his career, he has held various technical and leadership positions across different organisations and countries, most recently serving as R&D Centre Director at Novares in China. His expertise in plastic injection technologies for complex products will support UNITED CAPS in further strengthening its technical capabilities, innovation processes and operational excellence.
This focus on collaboration is also central to Bruzzese’s view of the role. “I am joining UNITED CAPS at a particularly exciting stage of its development,” said Daniel Bruzzese. “The combination of strong industrial expertise, operational agility and customer-focused innovation creates a strong foundation for further technical development. I look forward to working closely with the teams across the organisation to continue strengthening innovation, industrial performance and the development of increasingly advanced solutions for our customers.”
This marks another important step in UNITED CAPS’ ongoing efforts to strengthen technical expertise, accelerate innovation and support the company’s long-term international growth ambitions. It also reflects the company’s belief that, together, we are always better UNITED.
