With up to 150 packs per minute production capability, the FM 400 combines speed and precision using a Long-Dwell sealing head. The FM 400 is designed specifically for demanding washdown environments. Its stainless-steel construction and vertical plate design facilitate intensive hot water and chemical cleaning. All external electronics are rated IP66 or higher, providing maximum resistance to water and dust ingress, making it ideal for the most challenging fresh food production settings.
With adaptability at the core of the FM 400, this machine can be configured in multiple formats, including top reel, bottom reel, and side seal options. Compatible with a wide range of barrier films - from traditional laminates to shrink materials - the FM 400 allows manufacturers to package various products efficiently while enhancing presentation and protection.
The FM 400 offers the key benefits of ease of use and digital integration. A 10" colour touchscreen, powered by an Industrial PC UPC, offers intuitive operation and control.
