This second consecutive Gold Medal recognises Tosca’s commitment to continuous improvement in its sustainability strategy and further consolidates its position as a sustainability leader.
The Gold Medal, awarded by EcoVadis, a global authority in sustainability assessments and ratings, recognises the company’s outstanding performance in four key areas: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. This award reflects the quality of Tosca’s sustainability management system and demonstrates a commitment to promoting transparency throughout the value chain.

Over the past year, Tosca has taken action in various areas to strengthen its sustainability performance. These actions include a stronger focus on sustainable procurement, the environment and diversity and inclusion, as well as the introduction of a new data management and reporting system to improve data collation and facilitate the identification of trends.
Guided by its 2030 sustainability strategy, Tosca continues to make structured, measurable improvements year over year. Procurement was a key area of focus in the past year, with the company introducing a more structured approach for evaluating new suppliers and streamlining the onboarding and management process. In parallel, there was a strong focus on workforce development, creating opportunities for growth across the company.
