Think B2B Marketing, the international B2B marketing communications and strategy specialist, has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification as part of its commitment to retain high quality operational and environmental standards.
Conferred by the UKAS-accredited certification body the British Assessment Bureau, the Wakefield and Wrexham-based company is part of only a handful of marketing agencies in the UK to achieve such accreditation, receiving only 2 minor non-conformities before being awarded both ISO certifications.
The process, which was started in late 2024, was spearheaded by Operations Director Emma Czirok and Operations and Executive Support Manager Catherine Mace to drive the business forward and foster a collaborative effort with its clients towards a more sustainable and responsible future.
Commenting on the certification, Emma said: “This is a major milestone for Think B2B Marketing. We believe in ‘walking the talk’ to support our clients and key stakeholders, so gaining ISO certification was the natural next step following our EcoVadis certification last year.
“Not only do these certifications support our clients that seek compliance from accredited sources, but they also formalise our dedication to quality and sustainability, ensuring we operate with the highest standards of operational excellence and environmental responsibility.”
Implementing a successful ISO certified framework is a multi-layered approach and involves a two-stage assessment process. ISO 9001, which focuses on quality management, spans all areas of a business including customer relationships and retention, leadership, employee engagement and evidence-based decision making. For ISO 14001, a company must provide a fully documented process for their environmental policies and operational control procedures to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations that promote sustainable practices.
