Sustainability and efficiency took center stage for COLINES® and NO.EL.® at Interpack 2026, and the exhibition delivered a very positive outcome for both companies. The audience mainly focused on coreless stretch film and its applications, as it is becoming more and more a key aspect for customers increasingly focused on reducing material waste and improving sustainability. It was also a chance for an increasing number of attendees to discover in detail the freshly launched SAFE TRACK®, the patented solution for tamper-proof stretch film. The technology has already been validated in off-line configurations and is currently undergoing advanced testing for in-line integration on COLINES® extrusion lines.
“Interpack 2026 clearly showed that the whole packaging world is more and more committed to sustainability and efficiency,” commented Nicola Lombardini, R&D Manager and Member of the Board of COLINES®. “Both are no longer an option for the plastic industry, as they have become completely central to every investment decision. This is the main reason why we invested in research and development so that our technologies can be aligned with these priorities and today we are offering benchmark technologies on the market”.
A similar perspective was shared by Roberto Colombo, Global Sales Manager and Member of the Board of NO.EL.®: “Stretch film producers are going greener and greener and so is NO.EL.®; our customers could experience first-hand once more how our off-line technologies for prestretched film and our in-line and off-line solutions for coreless stretch film are currently unrivalled”.
