AQUAMARINE is an airless pump, 100% MONOMATERIAL and 100% recyclable. Our premise is the sustainability of future generations and that is why we develop sustainable projects such as AQUAMARINE product that allows our customers to develop their products with the aim of creating a greener future.
AQUAMARINE emerges as a sustainable solution for the beauty market, being 100% monomaterial and 100% recyclable certified by the German Institut Cyclos-HTP. Incorporated with an airless system that allows filling challenging formulas such as organic, vegan or microencapsulated, maintaining their integrity until they meet the skin is a sustainable, elegant, and innovative design that allows beauty brands to combine a beautiful look, sustainability, and technology in a single packaging.
Making a product in which all components are made from just one material is a challenge, but we managed to overcome it by developing the first plastic spring with an incorporated airless system.
AQUAMARINE's design was designed for recyclability, to be elegant and versatile, available in three sizes (15, 30, 50ml). As it is 100% made of polyethylene resin, it can be fully designed with bio-based PE – a carbon negative option.
AQUAMARINE is made with 5 components 100% made in Polyethylene for Primary Packaging.

AQUAMARINE's Eco-design is designed for easy recyclability and packaging optimization.
Reduce: A packaging designed with just 23g which, being light, reduces the amount of raw material (PE) needed for its design.
Recycle: The use of a single raw material – 100% Polyethylene – the collection, classification, sorting and recycling of this packaging exist at European level for HDPE containers and pipes. The PE originated by recycling this packaging generates a high-quality PCR (> 95% purity).
Renewable Resources: As it is 100% made of polyethylene resin, it can be fully designed with bio-based PE carbon negative option.
Reduce and Recycle purpose: The airless system used allows less than 5% of product residue to remain in the packaging, easing the recyclability of the product, reducing the resources needed to transform it into a future PCR (Post-Consumer Resin).
Circular Economy: Because it is a packaging without additives and it does not have a barrier layer, it guarantees the quality of the polyethylene after recycling, generating a high-quality PCR, fully integrated into the circular economy.
A sustainable design conceived so that the packaging is monomaterial and 100% recyclable without rejectable waste, which is suitable for the method of collection, separation, and recycling, generating a high-quality PCR that can be easily reinserted into the circular economy for the manufacture of new packaging.
