A further addition to Nulogy Smart Factory is Nora, the brand’s new AI assistant.
Nora enables plant-floor teams to ask questions in plain English and receive answers from live production and maintenance data, helping users interpret OEE, downtime and open maintenance orders without digging through reports.
Nora can also help teams move from insight to action by creating tasks or maintenance orders from what it finds. This gives operators, supervisors and maintenance leads a faster route from recognising a problem to progressing the next step, while keeping answers grounded in the data already held in the system.
