The automatic double clipper PDC-A 700 is designed for a wide range of products and
supports fast product changeovers through simple retooling. It processes different sausage
types and casing materials—from plastic to natural casings—with calibres of up to 115
millimetres. Its electropneumatic control system ensures consistent sealing and reproducible
results. Two-hand activation for the first clip enhances operator safety, while secure clip
closures prevent air ingress and support both shelf life and food safety. The machine’s compact
design, featuring smooth surfaces and inclined components, simplifies cleaning and helps
reduce downtime.
Labelling system ES 6000: Identification directly during clipping
The ES 6000 labelling system extends the clipping process with direct product identification.
During the clipping operation, the system applies tamper-proof labels to the product
containing all relevant information such as product name, manufacturer, batch number, and
best-before date. The system operates with water-based, food-safe ink and can be controlled
via PC, mobile devices, or a membrane keypad. Labels can be individually designed, flexibly
modified, and equipped with barcodes or QR codes to support digital traceability.
