The company have recently appointed David Quigley as Chief Revenue Officer to shape and drive the company’s commercial strategy to achieve £40m+ turnover in the next five years. Plans are already in place to significantly increase warehouse capacity and make further additions to the team to achieve these objectives.
Founded in 1977 by Ben Crozier, the family‑owned business has seen turnover increase from £3m to £20m over the past decade under CEO Andrew Ward. Now employing 45 full‑time staff across three generations, the company is enhancing its commercial focus as it scales for long‑term sustainable growth whilst staying true to the family values and reputation established by the company’s founder.
