This stationary machine provides a standardized, price-competitive solution to increase production without sacrificing quality. It is designed for filling cement and building material powder products into valve bags ranging from 10 kilograms to 50 kilograms. The LYNX-PACKER LVT is available for manual and automatic bag drop and is designed to accommodate one to four filling spouts, providing customers with scalability and adaptability based on their production volumes and requirements. With each spout offering the capacity to fill approximately 375 bags per hour — depending on the type and weight of material being packed — the LYNX-PACKER LVT provides quick, economical packing that is uncompromising in quality. It features robust and proven valve technology, dedusting at the spout to expel contaminants and HAVER & BOECKER’s MEC® 4.0 weighing system to maintain accuracy.
For building materials customers, the LYNX-PACKER LVT can be customized with a wear-and-tear liner for the impeller box, an additional filling box aeration for better product flow and a filling spout with an inflatable sleeve. Customers can also upgrade their equipment with an ultrasonic sealing kit and an automated adjuster for the bag saddle height.
