This innovative 3D paper-based single-dose solution, developed with Valmatic technology, is printed on the outer side with up to eight colors, offering customers a highly customizable and visually striking solution.

PAPERDOSE® is a registered trademark of Valmatic, representing the latest green generation of innovative paper-based single-dose packaging. It is currently available as a co-packing service, with capacities ranging from 4 to 40 ml. This 3D paper packaging is thermoformed and produced on Valmatic FFS machines using FSC-certified materials, meeting sustainability demands while respecting the ecosystem through the use of eco-friendly materials.
Valmatic launched the project at the end of 2020, initially for the packaging of concentrated detergents for household use, industrial applications, washing machines, and similar products. Later, it was also found to be suitable for the cosmetics sector (creams and hair treatments already tested) and food applications. We can package liquids, creams, gels, oils, and pastes.
The single-dose format ensures zero waste and maximum hygiene, preventing any contamination between uses.
This innovative PAPERDOSE® solution represents a major step forward for the industry, responding to the growing demand for customization and sustainability. Additionally, PAPERDOSE® can be disposed of in paper recycling, allowing the raw material to be reintroduced into the production cycle, further reducing CO₂ emissions.
