PakTech, a global designer and manufacturer of sustainable secondary packaging solutions, is set to exhibit at PACK EXPO 2026, showcasing solutions that help solve today’s most pressing production and retail challenges – from increasing line efficiency and meeting supply chain demands to strengthening environmental credentials. At booth S-4209, visitors can explore how the company’s portfolio of 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (rHDPE) handles and automated applicators offer a strategic lever for business growth, differentiation, and long-term value.
The club store conundrum
With over half of US consumers holding a club store membership and sales value exceeding $308.7 billion in 2025, the opportunity for brands to capitalize on larger-format retail is clear, but so are the demands. Club store secondary packaging must withstand heavier loads and complex journeys from production to consumer. At the show, PakTech will highlight the benefits of 100% recycled HDPE as a reliable material choice to meet the specific packaging requirements of this channel. The company will also demonstrate how its fully recycled and recyclable HDPE handles can help brands align with stringent sustainability objectives and prepare for changing compliance requirements. This offers them a fundamental advantage as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation expands across the US and more states introduce minimum recycled-content requirements for plastic packaging.
Advanced technologies for modern production floor
Participants looking to improve line efficiency can also visit PakTech’s booth to learn more about the company’s MPA30i flex MultiPak applicator, engineered to process up to 30 cases per minute. Featuring a gantry-based pick-and-place robot for accurate, repeatable handle application, the system is designed to maximize uptime. Its flexible configuration enables manufacturers and co-packers to run multiple products through a single applicator, supporting faster changeovers and reducing downtime.
Throughout the event, PakTech’s team will be on hand to connect with media, brands, co-packers, and sustainability leaders. Journalists looking to schedule a meeting can contact the media representative below, or visit www.paktech-opi.com for more information.
