Packaging consultancy Aura Global has appointed Keith Williams as Director of Software Engineering to strengthen its technology and AI offering for retailers and brands.
Reporting to Technology Director Robert Quigley, Keith will play a key role in scaling Aura Global’s software engineering capability and helping to evolve the company’s connected technology ecosystem for retailers, brands and product suppliers.
His focus will include the continued development of e-halo, Aura Global’s proprietary packaging sustainability platform for capturing, interpreting and transmitting accurate real-time data, and e-flow, its secure end-to-end packaging process software for managing creative packaging design and artwork.
Together, these platforms support Aura Global’s ambition to help clients turn packaging complexity into clarity, improve governance, and make faster, better-informed decisions at scale.
Keith has a strong background in building and scaling software solutions, including AI-driven procurement and analytics platforms. He joins from Rosslyn and previously worked with Aura for seven years up to 2018.

Aura Global is also investing in a larger studio in Bengaluru, India, doubling its operational space. The new Bengaluru studio has been purpose-built to support Aura Global’s long-term growth strategy and strengthen its position as a key global delivery hub. As client demand continues to grow, particular emphasis is being placed on expanding the Data Assurance, Account Management and Adaptive Design functions,
Aura Global India, which also includes a second studio in Chennai, has increased its workforce by over 300% since its inception and 34% in the past 24 months, creating the capacity and capability needed to support future growth across international markets.
The India studios, with more than 50 years of collective experience in the premedia and packaging graphics industry, enable Aura Global to provide 24/6 support for clients. Alongside its U.K. and U.S. studios, they provide access to the right expertise across time zones - creating a connected delivery model capable of supporting large-scale packaging programs.
