Recently, ORBIS® Corporation, a global leader in reusable packaging solutions, held its annual Community Giving Reception where nonprofit partners, community leaders and employees gathered to celebrate organizations that make a positive impact throughout southeast Wisconsin. The event reflects ORBIS’ commitment to supporting communities where employees live and work through charitable giving, volunteerism and community partnerships.
This year’s guest speaker, Vicki Hediger of the Huntington’s Disease Society, shared how donations help advance research, fund clinical trials, provide community education and connect individuals and families with critical support services. Her presentation highlighted the importance of ongoing community support in improving the lives of those affected by Huntington’s disease.
