The countdown is on. In just one month, London Packaging Week returns to Excel London on 15 & 16 October 2025, where visitors will be inspired by thousands of packaging designs and can source from over 200 leading suppliers. This is the place to celebrate the UK’s best packaging, meet innovators, and join iconic London brands shaping the future of the industry.
Attendees will explore immersive displays and tactile showcases while learning from design and innovation experts. They will gain strategies, ideas, and inspiration from the people driving packaging design and development in 2025 – in London and beyond. The show floor will be alive with global packaging directors, procurement leads, sustainability managers, design leaders, NPD specialists, and retail buyers – the professionals who shape briefs, approve projects, and drive innovation.
A powerful line-up of global names is set to decamp to London Packaging Week, bringing with them expertise that spans every corner of the industry. From papermaking pioneers like James Cropper, Favini, and Billerud AB, to glass specialists Beatson Clark, the event will host leaders in materials innovation and sustainable design. Packaging heavyweights, including All4Labels, Autajon, Curtis Packaging, and Berlin Packaging, add further strength, joined by EP Group, Viscose, and Aura Consultants, who bring specialist insight into premium, flexible, and sustainable solutions.
This year’s event features a headline-grabbing line-up of over 70 speakers, including legendary automotive designer Frank Stephenson, Kevin Marshall from Microsoft, and senior packaging leaders from Nestlé, Marks & Spencer, Fortnum & Mason, Pladis, Watches of Switzerland, and Boots No7. London Packaging Week 2025 also sees the return of the Supplier Gallery. A panel of judges has whittled hundreds of entries to just 10 of the most creative, impressive and impactful solutions from across a variety of industries and disciplines. At the Supplier Galley, visitors will be invited to get hands-on with the finalists and vote for their favourite.
The event also celebrates the London Packaging Week Innovation Awards, with 81 finalists across 12 categories showcasing sustainable, consumer-centric innovation. Among them are Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Harrods, The Macallan, The Glenmorangie Company, Hendrick's Gin, Hennessy, Clive Christian Perfume, Hotel Chocolat, innocent drinks, LUSH, Starbucks, The Glenlivet, Ocado Retail, and Mondelēz International.
London Packaging Week offers direct access to experts on regulations, EPR, and environmental compliance, with exclusive insights from Walpole, the WSTA, the British Beauty Council, and the Alliance for Fibre-Based Packaging. Visitors can also explore creativity through leading design agencies, the Pentawards gallery of 50 award-winning packs – including a ‘Best of British’ spotlight – and mark 15 years of the event with the Museum of Brands, which will present a journey through iconic, innovative, and even controversial packs from across the decades.
