EU Entry - 1
Monoflo International, a manufacturer of reusable logistics infrastructure, announces the official formation of its European business with the establishment of Monoflo International GmbH. This new entity extends the company’s engineering, manufacturing, and service platform to better serve European customers and system integrators.
Monoflo’s lineup of injection-molded containers, trays, and pallets has helped shape the reusable transport packaging industry in North America and beyond for over 50 years. The new European business is built on that same precision-manufacturing foundation.
With leadership on the ground, an integrator network under development, and a busy upcoming European trade show schedule, Monoflo enters the European market at a transformative time.
“This is a critical moment in the history of European logistics,” says Andrew Rader, Managing Director, Europe. “The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) is changing the way goods move across the continent, and warehouse automation technologies continue to drive advances in precision and efficiency. European businesses need a container manufacturer who can help them keep pace.”
Monoflo International GmbH is positioned to help European warehousing, distribution and logistics operations handle this shifting industry landscape. Monoflo containers and trays are engineered to deliver and hold the precise dimensional tolerances automated warehouse systems rely on. Monoflo pallets and foldable pallet boxes carry that same engineering discipline into the transport loop, protecting goods in transit and supporting reuse programs across the automotive, manufacturing, food, and retail industries.
In addition to warehouse automation expertise, Monoflo’s reuse credentials predate the regulations currently reshaping the European market. The company takes a measurable operational approach to circularity, engineering every product for long service life and, whenever possible, manufacturing with closed-loop recycled content recovered from end-of-life containers. From durable products to material reclamation processes, Monoflo International supports European operators as they work toward the requirements taking hold across the continent.
The company’s complete lineup of transport packaging is built to serve three primary segments across Europe: automated systems and intralogistics, automotive and durable goods manufacturing and retail, food and beverage distribution.
“We’re building a full, working European footprint, not just a sales office,” says Bart Vandekerkhof, Sales Director, Europe. “We’re on the ground developing a distributor and integrator network to help customers make the essential container decisions that optimize distribution networks and automated warehouse systems rather than constrain them.”
