Adam brings over ten years of experience across technical and commercial roles and was instrumental in developing the Mettler-Toledo virtual demo capabilities. Mercè, a highly experienced GFSI auditor and expert in global food certification standards, brings nearly two decades of insights into what food safety auditors look for on-site. Simon is a seasoned food safety and quality expert who founded and leads the International Food Safety & Quality Network (IFSQN), a major global online community for food industry professionals focused on knowledge sharing and improving food safety management systems.
Together, they will explore how physical contamination detection plays a key role in audit success, regulatory compliance and protecting brand reputations.
