A UK-based manufacturing firm has become the latest member of Made in Britain, celebrating its local production line, and its support of the British economy and workforce.
Eviosys - a Sonoco company, an international metal packaging manufacturer with more than 26 billion products sold annually and a two-century-long history, cemented its position as a champion of local industry by becoming a member of Made In Britain — the United Kingdom’s official manufacturing trademark.
Membership at Made in Britain is ever-growing in popularity, with over 2,100 businesses across a range of industries joining the project since its inception. It allows companies to display the official Made in Britain trademark logo and differentiate truly British products from those manufactured elsewhere.
As well as highlighting the locality of your business, membership to Made in Britain connects businesses to a raft of fellow industry professionals, all aligned in their missions of growth, sustainability and ambition. It is as much a networking opportunity as it is a badge of honour on a business’ products.
It is a significant move for Eviosys - a Sonoco company, spanning over 100 years of history, and seven sites across the United Kingdom, as it looks to champion local supply and business.
