Our innovative approach begins with material choices to create our moulded fibre bottles. We work with recycled and bio-based alternatives, locally sourced, reducing reliance on virgin plastics while ensuring our bottles maintain the durability and functionality businesses and consumers expect.
Everything undergoes rigorous testing so we know it’s functional, practical, and good for the earth. There’s no point in creating something that brands don’t want to use and consumers don’t like, as it will never scale. By designing for reusability and recyclability, we help brands extend the life cycle of their packaging and minimise environmental impact.
Beyond materials, our production processes are designed to be as resource efficient as possible. Working alongside our partners, we're exploring ways to reduce water and energy consumption in manufacturing, ensuring that sustainability is embedded in how our products are made. The goal is not just to create better bottles but to improve the entire system surrounding them. That’s why we aim to localise everything as much as possible. Minimal transport costs, minimal set up resources, and lower carbon emissions.
True success comes from harnessing expertise and creating collaborative ecosystems, which is why partnerships play a crucial role in our contribution to the circular economy. It simply has to be a team effort. We collaborate with recycling facilities, waste management organisations, manufacturers and brands who are committed to closed-loop solutions. This means we know our bottles are not just recyclable in theory but effectively collected and reprocessed into new packaging. These partnerships allow us to address some of the common challenges in packaging sustainability, from improving recyclability standards to developing infrastructure that supports circular systems.
