
Following a year of substantial growth, Grimsby-based packaging expert, Lindum is expanding its leadership team with two new senior appointments.
With 27 years of experience in the packaging industry, Alan Green joins Lindum as Sales Director from Signode, where he served as Head of Signode for 6 years. At Lindum, Alan will be responsible for driving business growth and overseeing customer accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
Elsewhere in the business, Paul Booth joins Lindum as Commercial Director. With over 18 years in the paper industry and the last six years in packaging, Paul was previously Global Sales Director at Glatfelter, where he managed a cross-functional team and key customer relationships worldwide.
At Lindum, Paul will develop and execute the company’s overall commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and overseeing strategic initiatives across the commercial teams.

Over the past year, Lindum has achieved significant growth, largely due to innovative new products, designed to address common logistics challenges within the industry.
Additionally, Lindum has expanded its operations by opening its first warehouse in mainland Europe, to enhance service for customers throughout Europe, including Belgium and the Netherlands.
