The packaging manufacturer and distributor Invopak has received Investors in People Platinum and Feefo Platinum, the highest level awarded by both organisations.
Investors in People is the internationally recognised accreditation for people management and employee wellbeing. Only seven per cent of IIP accredited businesses reach the Platinum level, making it a rare accolade.
Reaching IIP Platinum is the result of Invopak’s people-first ethos, as CEO Arjen Cooper-Rolfe explains,
“Together we’ve transformed this business over the past decade by recognising that it’s not about the product, it’s about making the people better. I believe that no matter the size or resources of your organisation you can operate at the very highest level. It’s amazing what can be achieved with effort, commitment and taking a of leap-of faith.”
Being a team-led business has also helped Invopak reach Feefo Platinum. Feefo is the world's largest provider of independently verified reviews, helping brands understand customers by analysing reviews and providing insight into trends, needs and habits.
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.
As Arjen Cooper-Rolfe says, “Platinum for people means platinum for service. No matter how challenging things get this year, our thousands of customers, who are the lifeblood of British industry, know they have a partner they can rely on to deliver the goods.”
Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, agrees: “The Trusted Service Awards have always been about recognising companies, like Invopak, that go above and beyond the norm to deliver a great service and receive great feedback from delighted customers in return.”
