From individual machines to integrated solutions
One of the main challenges facing today’s packaging installations is ensuring that different technologies operate in coordination. An integrated solution makes it possible to approach the process from a global perspective and facilitates aspects such as format changeovers, equipment integration, production continuity and adaptation to future requirements.
In forming, filling and sealing, for example, INVpack provides VFFS solutions, while Effytec and Volpak specialize in HFFS technologies. These solutions address different product and format requirements while enhancing line flexibility.
The ecosystem is complemented by flowpack technologies from Synchropack; filling and capping solutions from Mengibar; and coding, marking, labelling and industrial identification systems from United Barcode Systems. TMI, meanwhile, addresses the needs of bagging, palletizing and wrapping, while Movitec specializes in pallet wrapping and stretch wrapping. This final stage is particularly important for ensuring load stability and protection during storage and transport.
