Henkel has successfully completed its acquisition of the Netherlands-based Stahl Group, a global provider of high-performance specialty coatings for flexible materials. Following the fulfilment of all closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, Stahl became part of Henkel on October 1, 2026.
Stahl serves leading brands in mobility, fashion and lifestyle, luxury, and packaging. Its portfolio includes leather finishing solutions, performance coatings, and packaging coatings designed to deliver distinctive performance and a superior consumer experience. Stahl employs around 1,800 people worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €725 million in fiscal year 2025.
