The ACP-700 Case Packer’s fully automated product changeovers in under three minutes significantly reduce errors, downtime, and dependence on specialist labour. Its advanced touchscreen HMI allows non-skilled operators to effortlessly select from up to 500 pack presets with the press of a single button, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency.
The ACP-700 combines multiple functions — bag infeed, alignment, sorting, packing, and case closing — into one compact system, handling a wide range of pack patterns and case sizes. This versatility helps retailers optimise shelf space with neatly packed, easy-to-open cases, enhancing product presentation and accelerating shelf replenishment.
Alongside the ACP-700, Ishida will feature a fully automated packaging line showcasing the cutting-edge CCW-AS multihead weigher, Inspira RD33 rotary bagmaker with an integrated, compact auto splice module, and a TSC-AS inline seal tester. Ishida will also be exhibiting the latest weighing and inspection technologies., including advanced X-ray systems (IX-PD and IX-EN) and the DACS-GN checkweigher. Integrated with Ishida’s AI-powered Sentinel 5.0 production monitoring software, these systems work together to deliver a complete, intelligent in-line solution — live in action at Stand C3-4, Hall 3.
