pal plast GmbH, a leading specialist in the reprocessing and compounding of technical plastics, has officially inaugurated its new P2 facility in Philipp-Reis-Straße, marking a strategic milestone in the company’s continued expansion and site consolidation. The relocation of its administrative offices to the new site—just 750 metres from its original P1 facility—reflects pal plast’s commitment to operational excellence and employee wellbeing.
“Our new offices offer an ideal working environment—bright, well-equipped and technologically advanced,” says Amit Wirnik, Owner and Managing Director. “This move not only facilitates more efficient operations but underscores our respect for the people who make our success possible.”
The new facility houses approximately 20 administrative staff and 35 employees in production, warehousing, and logistics. “With these modern premises, we are investing in both present-day efficiency and future readiness,” adds Josef Wirnik, company founder and Co-Managing Director. “We are growing steadily, and the infrastructure here helps us stay competitive in attracting top talent.”
Expanded Capacity and Advanced Technology
While the company’s original P1 facility on Lämmerspieler Straße remains operational—continuing to serve core functions in recycling and compounding—P2 introduces state-of-the-art compounding systems that enable higher precision and flexibility. The new machinery supports complex material formulations involving hard-to-handle components, aided by a higher level of automation and seamless machine-to-machine communication.
These upgrades also significantly enhance batch traceability, enabling full transparency from order intake through to delivery.
“We are deeply rooted in the Mühlheim and Rhine-Main region,” says Josef Wirnik. “Our global customer base is supplied from here, and our investment in modern, sustainable processes reinforces the region’s reputation as an industrial hub.”
