Greenleaf PCR is a recycling-ready PCR web with enhanced formula protection: Made with 50% PCR in the sleeve, this tube is optimized for sorting and recycling in the HDPE stream. Coupled with a PCR shoulder, Greenleaf PCR 220µm in Ø16 to Ø35 can achieve up to 35% PCR content (Virgin Cap included), for Greenleaf PCR 300µm in Ø30 to 50 it reaches 60% of PCR in the entire tube. Even with a thinner web, Greenleaf PCR achieves a better moisture barrier compared to traditional 300µm PBL tubes, a high opacity to block the standard UV light and the best oxygen barrier performance against competing PBL options. Furthermore, Greenleaf PCR can withstand higher bursting pressure and show improved drop test performance compared to an ABL web. Ingredients like water and methanol are very well preserved inside the Greenleaf PCR tubes.
