Emmepi Group is pleased to announce the successful merger with Favalessa Systems. Favalessa Systems was founded in 2016 following the acquisition of 70% of the shares of the renowned Favalessa brand, which was known for its cutting-edge solutions in the field of industrial peripheral equipment. Favalessa Systems are now officially joining Emmepi Group as its dedicated Peripheral Equipment Division.
The agreement, which involved the acquisition of 100% of Favalessa Systems' share capital, marks the final step in the integration of Favalessa’s expertise and technological heritage into Emmepi Group’s industrial systems and strategic offering.
This is a decisive milestone in Emmepi Group’s growth and development journey, further strengthening the Group’s position in the international market.
Emmepi Group’s new production facility, located in Pieve di Soligo (TV) in Italy, is a modern, newly constructed site with a footprint of 9,000 m². This investment enables Emmepi Group to centralise all operational activities of its Peripheral Equipment Division in a single hub. The new facility further enhances the Group’s integrated turnkey solution offering, which has always been a distinctive hallmark of Emmepi Group.
Emmepi Group assures all clients, partners and industry stakeholders of total operational continuity and a strong commitment to preserving and enhancing the resources of Favalessa Systems. All technical and specialised personnel will be fully retained within the new structure, with the goal of consolidating and transferring know-how and specific expertise.
