A leading French player in the premium packaging market since 2008, CRISTALPACK will showcase its full range of expertise at Paris Packaging Week. The company will highlight its latest investment, acquired in 2025 and fully operational in 2026: a second hot stamping machine.
• CRISTALPACK : packaging with transparency
As the French leader in the transparent packaging segment, its original specialization and core business, CRISTALPACK has developed its expertise over the years in line with its customers' needs. With its perfect mastery of transparent plastic (RPET), the company attracts businesses in the perfume, cosmetics, spirits, delicatessen and multimedia markets. Combining bespoke solu6ons with high-quality French manufacturing, CRISTALPACK is a leading partner both nationally and across Europe.
• The art of gifts sets for a complete offering Building on its expertise in plastic for packaging and transparent components, CRISTALPACK naturally added expertise in compact cardboard, and therefore boxes and cases, in 2021. At the company's site in La Ferté-Bernard (72), brands benefit from all-in-one packaging, manufacturing, incorporating the latest technologies and finishing and customization services. “Our expertise, high standards of quality and productivity enable us to meet the requirements of players in the premium packaging sector under the best conditions and with manufacturing made in France,’ says Johann Vanneau, co-founder of CRISTALPACK”
• The advantage of digital technology : expertise developed since 2021 In 2021, CRISTALPACK invested over €1 million to integrate digital printing into its development strategy. This powerful industrial tool opened opportunities for small and medium-sized production runs, as well as multi-reference manufacturing. By reducing its MOQs (minimum order quantities), the company has been able to meet the expectations of other market segments, which are still premium but produce in smaller quantities. This new flexibility facilitates new projects that would not have been feasible, or would have been less efficient and more costly, using offset printing.
• A wide range of finishes, enhanced in 2025 Beyond mastering packaging manufacturing processes, CRISTALPACK continues to invest in finishing tools. The company now offers its customers:
- Hot stamping, classic or curved,
- Screen printing, printing or varnishing,
- Embossing,
- Cuttng,
- Folding and gluing.
New investment in hot stamping With hot stamping proving popular among high-end brands, CRISTALPACK has strengthened its production capabilities in this area. With an investment of nearly €1 million in 2025 in a second hot stamping machine, the company has further expanded its production capacity. CRISTALPACK opted for a BOBST auto-platen foil stamping machine. “Our new BOBST foil stamping equipment offers us superior quality hot stamping and multi-level curved stamping, as well as significantly higher production capacity. These advantages guarantee our manufacturing quality and competitiveness in serving our customers”, explains Nicolas Guillard, co-founder of CRISTALPACK.
Beyond these technical aspects, CRISTALPACK also stands out for its CSR approach and its commitment to reducing its environmental footprint. Its EcoVadis Gold medal (2025) attests to its high level of performance in terms of social and environmental responsibility.
