Colpac voluntarily elected for the unannounced audit as a demonstration of its commitment to producing packaging that continuously meets audit ready standards.
The auditor praised Colpac for its high standard of compliance across key process areas and emphasised the consistent discipline maintained since the company’s previous audit. He further commended the Colpac team for unwavering commitment to unannounced audits, describing the company as one of a select few elite packaging manufacturers to undergo such rigorous scrutiny.
Demonstrating transparency and confidence in its processes, Colpac even had customers on-site during the audit. This gave the customers a unique insight into elements of the process and an opportunity to experience Colpac’s dedication to best-in-class compliance first-hand. The team’s preparation and expertise were evident throughout the audit, showcasing the ability to deliver excellence, even under pressure.
