COLINES® has supplied Industrias Belen with a latest-generation extrusion line based on its flagship ALLRollEX® technology (7-layer, 1500 mm, 3-up), specifically designed to achieve outstanding performance in the production of in-line coreless rolls. The line is capable of producing both hand and machine coreless rolls with extremely short set-up times, without the use of cardboard cores, ensuring significant scrap reduction compared to conventional solutions.
The system is equipped with MASTERMIND®, COLINES®’ most advanced Artificial Intelligence–based VPA (Virtual Production Assistant), and represents the “twin” version of the ALLRollEX® line showcased by COLINES® at the latest K exhibition in Düsseldorf. The line attracted strong interest from attendants and industry professionals thanks to its high level of innovation, exceptional production flexibility, and the superior quality of the rolls produced.
Currently running at Industrias Belen’s headquarters in Bolivia, the line is demonstrating excellent consistency in the production of high-quality in-line coreless machine rolls, reaching outstanding outputs. Coreless production on the COLINES® ALLRollEX® can be started directly, without involving cardboard cores, and requires a very short set-up time, resulting in a dramatic reduction of production waste.
