Already providing drinking chocolate beads to selected Greene King Pubs, Emilia’s Pasta restaurants dotted across the capital, the National Trust’s Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire, and Heston Blumenthal’s ‘The Perfectionist Café’ at Heathrow, amongst many more independent cafes, Cocoa Canopy is a pioneer in providing sustainably sourced drinking chocolate beads that can be enjoyed hot or cold – supplying the foodservice sector with a product they can display all year round.
Offering four blends including Smooth Milk 37% cocoa, Milk & Dark 47%, Salted Caramel 35%, Rich Dark 61% and one single origin variety, Ecuador Dark 70%, provides customers insight into the taste of its drinking chocolate, the ability to customise and vegan friendly options. All varieties are available in the new 900g pouches or 1.35kg branded catering packs as well as 10kg reusable tubs. The minimum order quantity is one catering case per blend, providing approximately 286 servings, available from next day delivery.
Cocoa Canopy will ensure you’re whipping up superior smooth and creamy drinking chocolate through their how to make guides and videos, and personal training is available to all foodservice outlets if required.
