CCL Label (“the Company”), a world leader in specialty label, security and packaging solutions, today announced the closing of its acquisition of Sleever International Company SA, its subsidiaries, and related companies (“Sleever”). Sleever is a privately owned global manufacturer of shrink sleeve labels, extruded films, and application equipment serving consumer packaged goods and healthcare customers. Following the closing, Sleever’s label and film businesses will be rebranded as CCL Label and Innovia Films, respectively. Sleever’s application equipment business will continue to operate under the Sleever name, preserving its strong reputation in machinery and engineering.
