Together with Brueckner Group USA, the dedicated service company Brückner Servtec shows in Orlando newly developed local services as well as digitalization solutions, both providing a service platform for the full lifecycle of a film stretching line.
- Completion of the local clip & chain workshop: The certification for refurbishing the film transport system FOK 8.8 – a state of the art high-speed sliding chain – is a brand-new local service solution. With this extension, the latest clip and chain systems, as well as legacy systems such as FOK 4.5, 4.8, and 4.4.6, can be overhauled at the established refurbishment workshop at Dover, New Hampshire. The advantage of free sample inspections for condition monitoring and the expertise at the workshop minimizes downtime and ensure maximum availability of North-American customers’ film production lines.
- New features for web based Brückner ONE digital service platform: The new modules for Help Center and E-Learning, support film manufacturers to reach a higher line availability with step-by-step instructions for all Brückner ONE modules and self-learning videos. Additionally, new maintenance, production, and analytics modules will be available for preview.
