Berlin Packaging Beauty, the world’s largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier®, specialising in the supply of glass, plastic and metal packaging and closures, will be exhibiting at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026 with a range that marks a strategic turning point. The company’s expansion into Personal Care consolidates its presence across the entire beauty value chain, offering integrated primary and secondary packaging solutions for skincare, make-up, haircare, body care, suncare, fragrance and home fragrance.
Berlin Packaging Beauty’s new strategy is taking shape through the integration of distinctive and complementary areas of expertise, such as those of Berlin Packaging | Nest-Filler, which brings advanced, trend-forward beauty packaging rooted in Korean expertise, and Berlin Packaging | Cosmei, the Italian company specialising in the colour cosmetics segment that recently joined the group, which enriches the offering with trend-driven creative packaging, designed for precision, versatility and an innovative tactile and user experience in the make-up segment. By combining global industrial scale with specialist excellence, Berlin Packaging Beauty establishes itself as a strategic partner for beauty brands of all sizes, offering an integrated approach that combines design, logistics and creative consultancy through Studio One Eleven, its in-house design and innovation department.
“Berlin Packaging Beauty has chosen Cosmoprof to finally showcase its full essence: our portfolio, enhanced by our personal care range, is the result of a process of continuous evolution that combines creative vision with industrial efficiency,” says Vivien Charrey, Managing Director of Berlin Packaging Beauty. “Today, packaging is much more than just a container: it is a point of emotional interaction between brand and consumer, where materials, textures and user experiences are designed to go beyond mere functionality. In a beauty sector where emotions shape a market in constant acceleration, Berlin Packaging Beauty positions itself as the partner that gives concrete form to ideas, transforming them from inspiration into scalable, market-ready solutions.”
This approach reflects Berlin Packaging’s evolution within the beauty sector, emphasising a more emotional and contemporary dimension.
A seamless journey that guides beauty concepts from initial vision to realisation, bringing to life products that embody the brand’s values and forge a genuine connection with the consumer.
Among the key innovations in Berlin Packaging’s comprehensive and enhanced range at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026 are new metal-free dispensing systems for skincare and personal care, available in both atmospheric and airless versions, complemented by the ICE accessory collections and the Airglass Slim Refill and AirLight ranges. Developed without any metal components inside the dispensing chamber, these systems are designed to ensure precision, mechanical reliability and compatibility with different formulations, whilst helping to simplify recycling processes and supporting a more circular approach to packaging.
Another highlight among the new products is XOCO, an innovative PP material produced by upcycling hazelnut shells. Designed for the beauty sector, it enables the creation of functional and decorative components with a distinctive textural signature, created by the visible organic particles, thereby reinforcing the product’s sustainable narrative.
The Pockii collection, meanwhile, is expanding to cater to emerging beauty and personal care routines with new, high-turnover formats, including a 50 ml single-material PP bottle for high-value concentrated formulas and a 100 ml 20/400 PET bottle for creams and sprays, in line with the growth in on-the-go formats. This is complemented by THE LAB Collection, a universe of innovative collections designed for specific segments such as skincare, lips and fragrances, where care meets colour and functionality blends with design.
Stocksmetic, Berlin Packaging’s e-commerce platform dedicated to ready-to-order and customisable packaging solutions, is also continuing to expand its range. With over 1,500 items in stock and no minimum order requirement, the platform now includes new solutions tailored to the personal care sector, brought together in a dedicated online section designed to simplify access to this market segment.
In the personal care sector, where versatility and the variety of usage scenarios are becoming increasingly important, a particularly wide and comprehensive range is emerging. The Foamy range meets the growing demand for premium foam and soap solutions, available in both glass and plastic, including options made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) and bio-based materials, as well as refill-friendly systems. The portfolio is evolving further to support high-turnover formats and daily routines — mists, creams, large capacities, high dosages and on-the-go solutions — where advanced dispensing systems and sensory finishes such as Gummy Touch enhance the interaction between product and consumer.
Within this broader ecosystem, suncare represents one of the key application areas, with a dedicated and expanding range that includes jars, roll-on applicators, bottle tubes and mist formats, complemented by trigger and dispensing systems designed to optimise usability and performance. Overall, these innovations reflect Berlin Packaging’s holistic approach: a cross-category, multi-material platform that enables brands to build cohesive ranges, accelerate innovation and create contemporary, premium and recognisable packaging solutions.
