Foodservice packaging specialist amipak has hosted Sarah Jones MP at its Croydon factory as the company showcased how the packaging industry is supporting innovation in British manufacturing.
Ms Jones, MP for Croydon and Minister for Industry, visited amipak on 6 August to witness the company’s expertise at producing creative solutions at scale and see first-hand how it is delivering excellence in foodservice packaging design and manufacture.
Ms Jones joined representatives from the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF) for a tour of amipak’s state-of-the-art manufacturing centre to discover how amipak is leading the way on creating more sustainable food packaging for multiple major brands.
A third-generation family business, amipak operates more than 100,000 square feet of production and warehouse space across its Croydon and Willesden facilities, exporting its food packaging worldwide.
