As of July 1, 2023, the activities of the two companies, largely complementary, have come together, about 80 years after the foundation of Bormioli Luigi. The merger by incorporation of Bormioli Rocco spa into Bormioli Luigi spa represents to all intents and purposes a fundamental milestone in the History of glass at national level. The establishment of a hub had already taken place industrially 2017 through the acquisition by Bormioli Luigi of Bormioli Rocco spa, in the light of a long-term strategy aimed at designing innovative ways of doing business: motivating methods for designated personnel and suitable to the external interests of customers.
The merger in question will make it possible to make the corporate structure and know-how as committed and performing as possible, amplifying cultures and synergies associated with heterogeneous businesses. Company management will in fact benefit from more integrated processes that are both agile and flexible, to the benefit of the organization's profitability.
