Under the motto “Simply integrated. Perfectly glued.”, Robatech will be presenting adhesive application systems for use in all types of automation solutions at automatica 2025 in Munich from June 24-27, 2025.
360° gluing is what Robatech calls the industrial application of adhesive in combination with cobots, robotic applications or other automation solutions. This allows adhesive to be applied automatically to unevenly, curved, or geometrically challenging parts, replacing manual application with a hand-held applicator gun. The quality advantage: complex shapes are reliably glued thanks to the repeatability in adhesive application and application quantities as required.
At the automatica, Robatech will be showcasing the appropriate components for this:
• Application heads for precise bead, coating, swirl, or spray application of reactive or thermoplastic hot melt adhesives
• The Vision and Canduro melters with the modern Robatech Control System for easy system integration and smart operation
• A small, compact module for overexcitation and lowering the control voltage for pneumatic application heads. The module offers flexibility, is freely programmable and can be mounted on a DIN rail.
Visitors to the booth can also experience live how the Delta application head, which has been specially developed for automation, works with a robot to glue the individual parts of a cube together. Robatech in hall A6, booth 300.
