Following extensive consultation with industry stakeholders and key partners, Montgomery Group has taken the extremely difficult decision to postpone International Food & Drink Event (IFE) and IFE Manufacturing Solutions (IMS) until 28th February 2022.

Speaking about the announcement, Nicola Woods, Event Manager at Montgomery Group, said: “Having listened to our communities and carefully considered the options available to us, we have made the difficult decision to postpone International Food & Drink Event (IFE) and IFE Manufacturing Solutions.

Despite the introduction of the ‘All Secure Standard’ risk-assessment based framework for Covid-19 and commitment to delivering the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at our events, ultimately due to the lack of guidance and clarity from government on when business events can restart, we have concluded that the best option is to postpone IFE and IFE Manufacturing Solutions 2021.”

“While we are immensely disappointed that we can’t meet face-to-face in March, we are currently investigating numerous ways in which we can continue to support and connect with the food and drink industry throughout 2021 and beyond, and will be making an announcement around this very soon.”

IFE and IFE Manufacturing Solutions was due to run from the 22-24 March 2021 at ExCeL, London alongside Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC), PUB21, The European Tea, Coffee and Soft Drinks Expo, The London Produce Show and the Festival of Enterprise.
